The Body Keeps the Score
I see my massage practice as a natural extension of a life-long interest in holistic wellness. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all people, where we can create the right conditions for your body to do its own healing work. I draw from a multitude of modalities in each session, and using the tools at our disposal, you and I can work together to facilitate mental, emotional and physical wellness – whatever that means to you. I am especially drawn to work with trauma survivors and chronically stressed individuals. I received my bodywork education from the Philadelphia School of Massage and Bodywork, and I am a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher. When I’m not working you can find me playing with my children, reading, tending my ever-growing collection of houseplants, taking long walks through the city, or doing nerdy things with my friends!
